Communications:

1. Low Voltage Dry Utilities.  Establishes pathways between off-site Point of Connection, to the MPOE.   Coordination with vendors (AT&T, Spectrum, Satellite, MATV, BAIconnect) is required.
2. Communications Distribution.  Establishes  vendor compliant pathways from the MPOE to IDFs, to Media Panels of each residential unit, office suite, areas of assembly, etc.  
   1. Coordinate and implement the wiring protocols of various communications providers, selected to support the building.
3. Low Voltage Plan:  Provides LV layout and wiring diagrams in up to 25 residential unit types, office suites, co-working spaces, community room, theater, conference rooms, areas of assembly, fitness, etc.
4. LAN and WiFi network plan for all interior and exterior common areas of assembly, offices, office suites, co-working spaces, garage, EV charging, laundry, etc  
5. Signal Delivery Coordination with Owners and Vendors to select communications signal delivery methods and identify the wiring protocols required.
6. Audio & Video Distribution Layout for ambient music Systems; Video Displays at Leasing Office, Main Lobbies, etc.

Security:

1. CCTV coverage layout for all entrances (interior and exterior) to the property, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, elevator lobbies, lounges, common areas, outdoor sitting areas, pool and lounging areas, garage, entrances building approaches and perimeter.
2. Access Control - keyfob access to  property entrances, residential spaces and common areas.  Provisions for food and parcel deliveries with traceable, temporary access into restricted spaces, integration with electronic locksets and security systems for a single tenant credential for use in throughout the building.
3. Main entry and Garage Entry System installation  of ADA compliant audio/video entry system for tenants, manage food and parcel delivery, with hearing and vision impaired features. 
4. Building-wide and Local alarms at all exterior and restricted doors (i.e. roof access doors, emergency only exits).

Fire Life Safety:

1. ERRCS/DAS System:  Building wide radio system for Fire Dept emergency use.  (Emergency Responders Radio Communications System/Distributed Antenna System).  A Fire  Department Code requirement.
2. 2-way Emergency Communications System - intercoms  between areas of refuge and master intercom at fire control area. A Fire Department code requirement.
3. Audible-visible Emergency Notification at hearing and  vision impaired units. An ADA code requirement
4. Assisted Listening System at conference rooms and areas of assembly. ADA code
